Step 1. Pre-register for The 13^th Vietnam International Woodworking Industry Fair (VietnamWood2019 )online.

* The show registration is via the system of Chan Chao International Co., Ltd., thus Login or Registration for Chan Chao membership is required.

* You will be automatically entered into a free prize draw when you pre-register the VietnamWood2019. By entering, the participant agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions below.

Step 2. Visiting the exhibition by scanning the Chan Chao Card QR Code.

Terms & Conditions

 

1. Participants must have successfully completed pre-registration for VietnamWood 2019 before 23:59 on September 17^th, 2019 (GMT+8; time as recorded by the system) and visiting the exhibition via Chan Chao system to be eligible.
2. The lucky winners will be drawn by computer system. The outcomes of the Lucky Draw will be released on the Latest News of VietnamWood2019 Official Website and the winner will be contacted by Email and Telephone number filed in the system once the winner is drawn. If the winner(s) cannot be contacted due to incorrect or incomplete information entered in the system, the organizer has the right to disregard the draw qualification.
3. If the organizer can’t get in touch with the winner by the contact information filled in the Chan Chao Membership system within two days from the draw released, the winner loses the eligibility.
4. By entering the draw, the winners agree their name, part of the phone number and E-mail will be announced on the official website for prize collection purposes. If the log-in information is incomplete or untrue the organizer have the right to disqualify the prize winner.
5. The color, accessories and specifications of the prize will be decided by the organizer. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or any other prize.
6. The organizer retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value if the original prize offered is not available.
7. The organizer accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by participants as a result of entering the Lucky Draw or accepting the prize. The organizer also is not responsible for future quality guarantee or repair and maintenance of the prize.
8. The winner may be required to take part in promotional activity related to the Lucky Draw and the winner shall participate in such activity on organizer's reasonable request. The winner consents to the use by organizer and its related companies after the outcome announcement of the Lucky Draw for an unlimited time, of the winner's voice, image, photograph and name for publicity purposes (in any medium, including still photographs and films, and on the internet, including any websites or facebook page hosted by organizer and its related companies) and in advertising, marketing or promotional material without additional compensation or prior notice.
9. The organizer reserves the right to modify, alter and withdraw this offer or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
