Gâteaux Cake Contest
The Taiwan Gâteaux Association was established with the objective of enhancing skills in the baking industry by organizing periodic baking competitions and seminars. The winner of 17th Taiwan Gâteaux Cake Contest at 2018 Taipei International Bakery Show will be the contestant for Japan Cake Show in Tokyo. The Taiwan Gâteaux Association aims to cultivate a new generation of bakers, helping them to become professional pâtissiers and meet international standards.

Taiwan Gâteaux Association
The Taiwan Gâteaux Association was established with the objective of enhancing skills in the baking industry by organizing periodic baking competitions and seminars.
The Association serves as a hub for baking industries in Taiwan, Japan and Chinese communities around the world, for exchanging professional knowledge and up-to-date information. Hundreds of members of the Association work as professionals in the food industry, such as hotel pâtissiers, teac-hing staff from baking departments in culinary schools, bakery operators, material and equipment suppliers, etc.
A Chinese-language newsletter issued by the Association is sent out to our members, which provi-des state-of-the-art recipes, professional knowledge from the Japanese newsletter Gâteaux, authorized by the Federation of Japanese Confectionery Associations, as well as current trends in the Taiwanese baking market, and news regarding the Association. The Taiwan Gâteaux Association aims to cultivate a new generation of bakers, helping them to become professional pâtissiers and meet international standards.
