- Standard Booth contains: Standard Booth contains: 3 Partitions, 3 Spot lights, 1 unit 110V socket, 1 Carpet (9sqms), 1 fascia board, 1 Information Desk and 1 chair.
- Exhibitors could choose to rent raw space (searching forcontractors by self) or standard booth with basic furniture.
- Power Electricity, 24hrs electricity, water supply of water pipe, air compressor and forklift will be charged additionally.
Booth Selection
- Exhibitor who has made the payment is eligible to participate in the booth selection event.
- Booth Allocation Order as follows:
(1) Number of booths.
(2) The total number of booths within 3 years. (2025+2024+2023)
(3) Application date & time.
(4) If the priority cannot be decided among all cases above, it will be based on the result of draw lots onsite. - Once booths have been selected, it will be not allowed to change the booth selection.
- For the exhibitor who cannot join the booth selection event. Booth selection will be done by the organizer.
- Multiple exhibitors combine the booth selections or subleasing booth are forbid. Except featured area.
Withdrawal Terms and Conditions
- Refund should follow these terms and conditions below. And shouldn’t use the refund to pay other exhibition booth fee.
- Exhibitors who have made payments and ask for cancel before 7 work days of booth selection event. A deduction of USD$700 will be applied to each booth, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
- Exhibitors who have made payments and ask for cancel within 7 work days of booth selection event, shall be eligible for a USD$700 refund of the total booth rental fee.
- If the exhibitor has chosen the booth location and cancel after the booth selection event, shell be eligible for a refund of USD$700 for each booth.
- The exhibitor ask for cancel within a month of show dates will not get any refund.
- Booth rented by the participating company cannot be transferred in private or cannot be utilized by company with name other than the company name during application (including name of sponsoring company). If there is violation, the organizer will immediately take back the transferred booth and will prohibit the company who did not apply to exhibit to continue to exhibit. The transferor will be prohibited to participate in any trade promotion activity conducted in the country by the organizer within two years.
- Products displayed by participating companies must be related to the theme of this exhibition. Otherwise, exhibition will be prohibited.
