1. Get the “Stamp Collection Card” at the Pre-Registration/On-Site Registration Counter when claiming the badge for entry to the show.
   * Each visitor will only receive one Stamp Collection Card and will not be re-issued if lost.
2. Collect 4 stamps at the Stamp Collection Points.
3. Fill in the contact information on the card.
4. Drop the Stamp Collection Card into the Stamp & Win Box and get a chance to Win Big Prize!

Terms and Conditions

 

1. By participating in the event, the visitor is deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
2. Each visitor will only receive one Stamp Collection Card when claiming the badge for admission at Pre-Registration or On-site Registration counter. The Stamp Collection Card becomes invalid if damaged or altered and will not be re-issued if lost.
3. If the information written on the Stamp Collection Card is incomplete or untrue the organizer have the right to disqualify the prize winner. If the organizer can’t get in touch with the winner within one day from the prize released, the winner loses the eligibility.
4. The organizer reserves the right to draw a reserve winner.
5. The participant will only be eligible to win a maximum of one prize.
6. Prize must be collected in person based on the name written on the Stamp Collection Card. In special situations, and subject to the absolute discretion of the Promoter, a winner may nominate a designated representative to collect a prize. The representative must present photographic identification of both the winner and their representative.
7. All prizes must be claimed within the prize collection period. All unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.
8. The color, accessories and specifications of the prize will be decided by the organizer. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or any other prize.
9. The organizer retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value if the original prize offered is not available.
10. The organizer accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by participants as a result of participating the event or accepting the prize. The organizer also is not responsible for future quality guarantee or repair and maintenance of the prize.
11. By participating the event, the winners agree their name, part of the phone number and E-mail will be announced on the Stamp & Win Winner board, official website and official Facebook page for prize collection purposes.
12. The winner may be required to take part in promotional activity related to the Stamp & Win event and the winner shall participate in such activity on organizer's reasonable request. The winner consents to the use by organizer and its related companies after the outcome announcement of the Stamp & Win for an unlimited time, of the winner's voice, image, photograph and name for publicity purposes (in any medium, including still photographs and films, and on the internet, including any websites or Facebook page hosted by organizer and its related companies) and in advertising, marketing or promotional material without additional compensation or prior notice.
13. The organizer reserves the right to modify, alter and withdraw this offer or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
14. The draw is not open to employees of the organizers and any related companies, agents, consultants or anyone professionally connected with.
