- Standard Booth contains: 3 Partitions, 3 Spot lights, 1 unit 110V socket, 1 Carpet (9sqms), 1 fascia board, 1 Information Desk and 1 chair.
- Exhibitors could choose to rent raw space (searching contractors by yourself) or standard booth with basic furniture.
- Power Electricity, 24hrs electricity, water supply of water pipe, air compressor and forklift will be charged additionally.

Regulations
- Exhibits and displays must relate to the theme of the exhibition; otherwise, the organizer reserves the right to remove non-compliant exhibitors.
- The booth rented by the participating company may not be privately transferred or utilized by any company other than the one listed on the application (including sponsoring company). In the event of a violation, the organizer will reclaim the booth and prohibit the unauthorized company from exhibiting. The transferor will be barred from participating in any trade promotion activities organized by the organizer within the country for two years.
- Exhibitors are strictly prohibited from exhibiting counterfeit trademarks or products that infringe upon the rights of others. In the event of a violation, exhibitors will be required to cease the exhibit of counterfeit products and will be disallowed from participating in the subsequent exhibition.
- In the event that the exhibition is canceled or postponed due to force majeure, all payments made will be non-refundable.
- The organizer reserves the right to adjust booth facility arrangements according to actual needs and circumstances.
- Exhibitors are required to procure relevant insurance independently during the exhibition period (including move in and move out). The organizer shall not be liable for any compensation related to theft or damage to property during this period.
- Exhibitors must comply with the general rules and regulations of the Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center. For further details, please refer to the annual exhibitor manual.
- The deposit is 50% of the booth fee (tax included).
- The Organizer reserves the right to make final modifications and interpretations pertaining to the exhibition.
Booth Allocation
- During the exhibitor’s coordination meeting, exhibitors will select their booth locations according to the following allocation rules (booth selection must not extend across the aisle).
- The booth allocation follows these rules:
- Exhibitors who have registered for more booths will have priority in selecting their booth locations.
- Exhibitors who have reserved the same booth space will be ranked according to their priority points, calculated as the total number of booths booked for the exhibitions in 2025, 2024 and 2023.
- For exhibitors with equal booth space and priority points, priority will be given based on the registration date, determined by when the organizer received the application.
- For exhibitors with identical conditions as stated above, the order of booth location selection will be determined by a drawing at the exhibitor’s coordination meeting.
- The organizer reserves the right to select booth locations for exhibitors who are absent from the exhibitor’s coordination meeting.
- The organizer reserves the right to modify the layout of the exhibition area based on actual needs and exhibition conditions.
- To ensure the safety of the floor structure, the organizer reserves the right to designate the locations of the displayed product.
- The organizer reserves the right to make final modifications and interpretations regarding the booth allocation process.
Withdrawal from the Exhibition
- No refund will be issued once the down payment has been made.
- Exhibitors who have made payments and canceled before booth selection shall be eligible for a 50% refund of the total booth rental fee; cancellations made after booth selection will not receive a refund. Payments will be allocated for promotional expenses related to this exhibition.
- The Organizer reserves the right to make final modifications and interpretation regarding the withdrawal policy.
