Taipei International Culinary Challenge

The mission of TIC Taipei International Culinary Challenge is to provide a platform and resources for professional and young chefs across the country to improve their cooking skills, to connect them with professionals and academics from the industry, and to encourage them to develop a different perspective and move towards the international market.
