Participation Fee

 

 

 

 

Cancellation

 

NO refund will be made for the cancellation of participation before the exhibition.

 

 

Booth Allocation

 

1. Once the booth space has been fully booked or the application process has been closed, the organizer will conduct the Coordinated Meeting in advance of the exhibition.
2. Booth selection at the Coordinated Meeting will be based on the exhibition categories, booth sizes, credit points, and time of application submission.
3. For exhibitors who are unable to attend the Coordinated Meeting, the Organizing Committee will select booth space on their behalf, which the exhibitor shall follow.
4. For exhibitors in the Overseas Pavilion, booth space will be allocated in accordance with their credit points, and the Coordinated Meeting will be conducted by email.
5. The priority for booth selection will be considered as follows:

    

   1. Booth size registered
   2. Exhibitors who have booked equal booth space will be ranked according to their credit points.
   3. Credit points (total booth space booked for the exhibition over the past three years).
   4. For exhibitors with the same conditions as mentioned above, the booth selection sequence will be based on the time of application submission and the time of paying the booth rental.
   1. Example – The three exhibitors all booked the four booths:

6. It is deemed inappropriate for multiple exhibitors collectively to congregate as one group for booth selection.
7. The organizer retains the right to modify the exhibits location and booth assignments as necessary based on current circumstances.
