Exhibitors could choose to rent raw space (searching contractors by yourself) or standard booth with basic furniture.
Power Electricity, 24hrs electricity, water supply of water pipe, air compressor and forklift will be charged additionally.

Exhibitors who have booked equal booth space will be ranked according to their priority points (booth space booked in total to the Exhibition of Year 2024+2023+2022).
Exhibitors with equal booth space booked and equal priority points, it will be based on the date of registration (It is determined by the date the organizer received the application).
For exhibitors who have the same conditions above, the booth allocation sequence will be determined by computer selection (quick pick).

Exhibits and displays must be related to the subject of this exhibition, or the organizer reserves the right to suspend the exhibitors who failed to comply with.
If the show is canceled or postponed due to force majeure, all payments made for the event are not refundable.
The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the floor plan under the circumstances.
Exhibitors must follow the Taipei Nangang Exhibition Hall rules and regulations.
The deposit is 50% of the booth rental, and the payment is non-refundable.
When exhibitors have paid the full amount for booth rental and wish to cancel their participation later, the following policy applies:
(1) The cancellation made 7 days prior the booth selection meeting, the remainder of booth rental will be returned after deducting the deposit.
(2) The cancellation made less than a week before the booth selection meeting or after the booth allocation, it will be returned 30% of booth rental.
(3) The booth rental will not be refunded for cancellations made one month prior to the exhibition.
