- Standard Booth contains: 3 Partitions, 3 Spot lights, 1 unit 110V socket, 1 Carpet (9 sqm.), 1 fascia board, 1 Information Desk and 1 chair.
- Exhibitors could choose to rent raw space (searching contractors by yourself) or standard booth with basic furniture.
- Power Electricity, 24hrs electricity, water supply of water pipe, air compressor and forklift will be charged additionally.

Booth allocation
- Booth size registered.
- Exhibitors who have booked equal booth space will be ranked according to their priority points (booth space booked in total to the Exhibition of Year 2024+2023+2022).
- Exhibitors with equal booth space booked and equal priority points, it will be based on the date of registration (It is determined by the date the organizer received the application).
- For exhibitors who have the same conditions above, the booth allocation sequence will be determined by computer selection (quick pick).
Regulations
- Exhibits and displays must be related to the subject of this exhibition, or the organizer reserves the right to suspend the exhibitors who failed to comply with.
- If the show is canceled or postponed due to force majeure, all payments made for the event are not refundable.
- The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the floor plan under the circumstances.
- Exhibitors must follow the Taipei Nangang Exhibition Hall rules and regulations.
- The deposit is 50% of the booth rental, and the payment is non-refundable.
- When exhibitors have paid the full amount for booth rental and wish to cancel their participation later, the following policy applies:
(1) The cancellation made 7 days prior the booth selection meeting, the remainder of booth rental will be returned after deducting the deposit.
(2) The cancellation made less than a week before the booth selection meeting or after the booth allocation, it will be returned 30% of booth rental.
(3) The booth rental will not be refunded for cancellations made one month prior to the exhibition.
